The hotel didn't meet all my expectations. The rooms were not too clean and sanitary, but having an entrance to the inside of the motel made me feel more secure. It was said to be a non-smoking facility, which is a plus.

The service didn't provide me with much information initially, but when I decided to leave and requested a refund, the staff was very friendly and understanding. However, there was an incident where housekeeping walked in on my wife without knocking, which was quite disappointing.

The location of the hotel was a good spot for us, right off the interstate, and it was the selling point for my stay. The staff at check-in was friendly. Despite the trash in the parking lot and cinder blocks for a walkway in one area, being close to a casino and a nice Italian restaurant made up for it.
